Basic usage help

Postby balerion » Wed Apr 07, 2010 8:23 am

hello, i am completely new to arduino and i am really disoriented right now. I got a blackwidow just recently and my goal right now is to read an analog sensor via wifi. i managed to use and partially understand the webserver example, but apart from that, not much more (i am getting the hang of plain usb arduino usage tho). Could you please point me in the right direction? i apologize if the question had already been posted on the forum but honestly i couldn't find anything.
thank you, Davide

Read the forums, take a look at the completed wifi forum, figure out what you want to do and ask some well thought out questions. If you are not familiar with c/c++ go find a tutorial and start learning.

@Balerion

Did you aready have an answer? I'm looking to for a simple example on how to read the analog/digital pins of the blackwidowboard over wifi in max.

Davide

edit: after some late night programming (5:13AM lol) ive got it working. basically its the arduino graph example via WiFi, optionally multichannel. For most of you guys this is basic stuff, but i would find it helpful =) will post the code tomorrow.

Davide

P.S. where would it be appropriate for me to post this?
