Reconnect to AP on AP power cycle?

Questions specifically regarding the WiShield 1.0 family driver.

I'm happy to report that I tried this code and it does work. The only issue is the 45 second kick time. I am worried that for some APs it may take more than 45 seconds to make a connection over WPA2. (Right now it takes about 38 seconds for my dd-wrt router). Hopefully the asynclabs guys will have a solution (and hide it all under the covers of the wishield library, so it just works. :))

Hi,
I'm trying to test this code as I have similar issues.
However, I run into the following error.

In function 'void setup()':
error: 'class Server' has no member named 'async_init' In function 'void loop()':
In function 'void seconds_tick()':

Can you post where and what code makes up async_init ?

cheers ;)

Yes! This function would be really useful for me as I am building an RC car that has a WiShield on it and runs WiServer code that allows it to be controlled through the web. Sometimes though, the car drives out of range of the access point. I would like to program the car to recognize when this happens and to automatically drive into an area where it can reestablish a connection with the access point. Can you please send me the code?

Thanks!
