The FlashShield 1.0 provides an additional 16Mbit of serial flash store capability to your existing Arduino Duemilanove. This can be useful for storing sensor data. It can also be used as an add-on board for the WiShield 1.0 to provide additional storage space for more feature rich web pages and web content.

Features:

  • 16Mbit Atmel AT45DB161D Dataflash
  • Prototyping area with multiple ground, 5V, and 3.3V connection points
  • Selectable CS pin between digital pin 10 (default CS pin for SPI bus on Arduino) and digital pin 7 (use digital pin 7 if using the FlashShield with WiShield 1.0)
